                       Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.

背景：            Tumor necrosis factor α (TNF-α) is a pleiotropic mediator of systemic inflammatory response, a proinflammatory cytokine involved in immune inflammatory response, which can synergically regulate cell proliferation and apoptosis by promoting the release of other chemical factors and inflammatory factors. TNF-α is mainly produced by macrophages, monocytes, eosinophils, fibroblasts and epithelial cells can also secrete TNF-α. Its main role is to regulate the function of immune cells, as an endogenous pyrogen, it can promote fever, cause apoptosis, cause sepsis, cause disease, cause inflammation, prevent tumor and virus replication. It plays an important role in the pathogenesis of inflammatory autoimmune diseases, and its dysfunction is thought to be associated with many diseases, such as cardiovascular disease, cachexia and multiple organ failure due to septic shock, rheumatoid arthritis, multiple sclerosis, inflammatory bowel disease, graft-versus-host disease, and myelopoietic disorders.
